Mr. O'Hare is engaged in a diverse civil litigation practice concentrating on the representation and counseling of labor unions, multiemployer benefit funds and individual employees in labor and employment law matters in state and federal court, grievance and discharge arbitration proceedings, and before the National Labor Relations Board, PERC and the New Jersey Office of Administrative Law. He has been a speaker at seminars on developments in collective bargaining agreement enforcement and administration, and grievance and arbitration procedures.

 

Mr. O'Hare previously served as Director of Law for the Township of Woodbridge, New Jersey's sixth largest municipality, and as a Deputy Attorney General with the New Jersey Department of Law & Public Safety, Division of Law, where he was engaged primarily in civil rights defense litigation. Mr. O’Hare was also a Member of the New Jersey Supreme Court’s Special Committee on Attorney Ethics and Admissions.
