Mr. Geddes has concentrated his practice for 20 years in the area of workers' compensation law. Dan  has   successfully litigated thousands of workers’ compensation cases, as well as public employment matters in the New Jersey Office of Administrative Law.  He is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Workers’ Compensation Law Attorney.  He conducts several seminars educating unions and union members regarding workers’ compensation and public employment disability pension rights, and frequently advises and counsels unions in both the public and private sectors of New Jersey’s workforce.  Mr. Geddes has served as an adjunct professor at Kean University for over 20 years and has served as an instructor for the Union County Police Academy and the New Jersey Division of Criminal Justice.  Dan  is also a former  Police Officer for the City of Elizabeth with more 26 years experience. He retired from the force, and PBA Local 4, in 1998.
