Ms. Murugan is an Associate in the firm’s Newark office. Her areas of practice include labor and employment law, school law, administrative law, and civil litigation. Ms. Murugan represents clients on a variety of matters including health insurance benefits, pensions, discipline, termination, and discrimination. She has experience representing clients before the Public Employment Relations Commission, the Office of Administrative Law, the Civil Service Commission, the Division on Civil Rights, the Institutional Abuse Investigations Unit, and state, federal, and appellate courts.
