
Managing Partner
Mr. Lynch is Managing Partner of the Firm concentrating his practice in the fields of labor and employment law, employee benefits, civil litigation and school law. Mr. Lynch counsels and represents both private and public-sector labor organizations, and as well as multi-employer benefit funds. He also represents individuals in litigation and appeals before the State and Federal courts, in arbitration proceedings, and in administrative proceedings, including the National Labor Relations Board, the Public Employment Relations Commission, and the New Jersey Office of Administrative Law.
In addition, Mr. Lynch has previously served with the District V-A Ethics and Fee Arbitration Committees, is a member of the Labor and Employment Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association, serving as an Officer of that organization in the positions of Recording Secretary, Treasurer, Second Vice-Chair and First Vice-Chair.
