Mr. Zazzali has concentrated his practice for over 35 years representing private sector labor unions and their related ERISA pension and welfare funds. He has handled arbitration trials in State and Federal courts, and has numerous court decisions in the area of ERISA, as well as labor law. Mr. Zazzali also practices before administrative agencies such as the NLRB, and has handled arbitrations. Mr. Zazzali served as an assistant and First Assistant Prosecutor in Essex County , New Jersey from 1963-1972, and as General Counsel to the New Jersey Sports and Exhibition Authority from 1973-1981. Mr. Zazzali has also served as court-appointed Presiding Commissioner in eminent domain matters. Mr. Zazzali served as Lieutenant Commander (Ret) in the U.S. Navy, and USNR until 1977.
